一、题目要求
考生要求用简单的英文单词回答10-12道题。每道题3-9秒,然后机器会问一句5-10秒的疑问句(以选择疑问句和特殊疑问句为主),学生听完题需要在3秒之内做出反应,回答不超过10秒。(话题包括常识类)
二、考查能力
(1)反应能力(对语音的反应速度)
(2)词汇量
(3)常识的理解(比如在哪个屋子里洗衣服?竟然是bathroom不是laundry room)
三、失分原因
(1)反应不及时,瞬间大脑短路
(2)有很多题答案很简单,关键是考生没有听懂问题。
(3)词汇量不够大
(4)缺少国外生活常识
四、应对策略
(1)拓展不同学科的基础词汇,比如元素周期表(periodic table),乘法表multiplication table, algebra,
geometry, 提高听力理解能力。NB: 本题不涉及各学科的专业知识。
